
uhh, i made this mandu over a month ago but i haven't written about it because, well, it sucks.
after folding all of the dumplings, i just froze them. a few days later, i tried steaming a couple of them and it turned out to be a huge, soggy mess. so i tried to forget about them at the bottom of the deep freezer... but i am not going to become my mother (you should see her refrigerators) so i decided to eat them eventually, out of principle. i fried some last week and though the wrapper consistency was a lot better, i can't say i'll be making these with whole wheat again. ):
at least the filling is good.
