who took kimchi and doenjang in her worklunch today? that's right, MINA did. and i do know that microwaving frozen rice in a plastic bag will leak toxins... but find me a better way to make near-perfect rice at work! thanks to my mom for the tip. comes out right every time. (:

doenjang is great for mixing into rice to give it a bit of flair. and no one in the breakroom said anything about the rancid kimchi smell. with a bit of blanched kale, i think this was a pretty healthy lunch. not that there's anything unhealthy or gross about the food served in our hospital's kantine, but i just prefer to save money and (lunch)time by bringing my own.
